FUN TIMES SHOPPING!

This week's shopping trip was great! I know that I get a kick out of saving as much money as I can. Several of the checkers are really into watching my total fall! I was able to $88.88 worth of groceries for only $50.76. While over my $50 limit for the week, I did buy prizes to give away at my coupon class. While it was only about $4 worth of money for over $20 worth of stuff, every dollar has to go far on $50! I saved 42%! I am really enjoying my challenge for myself and Ben and I decided to purchase ourselves a special gift with all the money we saved this month.

My family would have to tell you that we have eaten better, been healthier, and I have even lost 7 pounds while doing this challenge. My trips to the grocery store are purposeful and short since I have a very defined list!
